1. Bulk Orders Only
- Crab Chair products are sold exclusively in bulk orders, typically by container load.
- Minimum order size is one 20-foot shipping container. Larger 40-foot containers are also available.
- We do not sell individual retail units through this website.
2. Ordering & Deposits
- Each order is based on a formal written quotation provided by Glenn Furniture.
- To begin production, we require a 50% deposit of the total order value.
- The balance must be paid in full before shipping.
- If design services are required (CAD drawings, custom patterns, or modifications), a $500 design deposit is required. This fee is applied toward your order if confirmed.
3. Production Timeline
- Standard production time is approximately 6 weeks for a 20-foot container and 8–10 weeks for a 40-foot container, depending on order size and customization.
- Weekly progress photos will be provided to keep you updated on your order.
- Any changes requested after construction has begun will be billed at the customer’s expense and may extend production time.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- All shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, including local transport, packing charges, and international ocean freight.
- Customers are responsible for arranging customs clearance, duties, taxes, and local delivery at the destination port.
- Glenn Furniture will provide assistance with documentation but cannot guarantee customs outcomes in different countries.
5. Product Variations
- Crab Chair products are handmade in Indonesia. Natural variations in materials, color, and craftsmanship may occur.
- Such variations are considered normal and are part of the unique value of handcrafted furniture.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
- Deposits are non-refundable once production has started.
- In the rare event of a production error caused by Glenn Furniture, we will work with you to provide replacements or adjustments on a case-by-case basis.
7. Intellectual Property
- All Crab Chair designs, images, and content are the property of Glenn Furniture.
- Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or market Crab Chair products under a different brand without prior written agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Glenn Furniture is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, port congestion, strikes, customs clearance, or acts of nature.
- Liability is limited strictly to the value of the goods purchased.
9. Privacy & Data
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle customer data and comply with Google AdSense/Analytics policies.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
